We Build Our Products Better Than Our Buildings

Man, that snow is something.

Turns out we build our products better than our buildings.

One of our roofs gave way under the weight. Not a slow leak. Not a warning creak. Just a hard reminder that winter does not care how tough you think you are. So if you see me and Russell running around like we are late to a branding, that is why.

We are handling it. That is part of running a real operation. Things break. You respond. You do not hide it, and you do not panic.

Here is the part that made me laugh in the middle of it all. The buckets and feeders did not flinch. Still standing. Still doing their job.

That tells me something.

When you build things right, they hold up when it counts. Weather, pressure, time, stress. That is the real test. Same goes for products. Same goes for people.

We will get the roof handled. No drama. No excuses. And in the meantime, I am proud of what did not fail.
