This is my second time purchasing from you guys, I have loved the products, but one of the pitchforks that I bought this time the handle of it just nearly snapped in half. It was not being used in properly. My stall cleaner was literally raking sawdust in towards the middle of the stall, and it snapped.
Kelli, I’m really sorry that happened. That’s not the experience we want you to have, especially on a repeat purchase.
Even if it was used outside the intended use, a handle should not be snapping like that. Please message us or email our support team with your order number (and a quick photo of the break if you can), and we’ll get you taken care of with a replacement or a solution that’s fair.
