Before loading

  • Let hats, helmets and grooming gear dry before closing them in storage.
  • Check the case, handle, hinges and closure.
  • Separate loose pins, brushes and small gear from the hat or helmet compartment.
  • Label cases so the right rider can find the right item quickly.
  • Pack clean feeding equipment separately from dirty cleanup tools.

When arranging the load

Place cases on a stable surface, clear of loose heavy equipment. Stackable does not mean secured against braking or vibration. Keep emergency and horse-care items accessible and follow your trailer’s loading and restraint instructions.

After the trip

Unload damp gear, clean feeding containers and inspect equipment that shifted or took an impact. Check your kit before the next departure rather than discovering missing pieces at the show.
