At K&D Equestrian, we know you’re counting the days (and maybe the hours) until your next package of equestrian essentials arrives. That’s why we’re committed to making our shipping process as smooth and reliable as a champion barrel horse on race day.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Need it in a hurry? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for delivery within 2–3 business days.
Local Pickup: If you’re near Gainesville, Texas, save on shipping and pick up your order directly at our F-Bar Ranch! Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
Free shipping is available for orders over $125 within the contiguous United States. (Because let’s face it—your tack room deserves that extra splurge.)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you posted every step of the way.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep tabs on it from the moment it leaves our ranch to its grand arrival at your door.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we strive for perfection, sometimes packages can have a wild ride. If your shipment arrives damaged or doesn’t show up at all, please contact us immediately at rfomby@kokmg.com, and we’ll work quickly to make it right.
